Refund Policy
Whop processes checkout. This page describes the seller's product-refund policy; it does not limit any consumer rights that apply under mandatory law or Whop's payment-layer process.
7-day technical refund
You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase if the files are corrupted, missing promised components, or fail to open or run under the requirements stated on the relevant product page and included instructions.
This is a technical defect policy. It is not a change-of-mind, satisfaction, or “try then return” guarantee.
Eligible for a full refund
- Presentation files fail to open or render as corrupt in supported presentation software.
- Included scripts fail to run under the documented supported environment because of a defect in the delivered files.
- The download is missing components listed on the product page.
- Accidental duplicate charges for the same product.
Not eligible
- Change of mind after the files have been delivered or downloaded, except where a statutory right applies.
- Expecting a feature that the relevant product page explicitly excludes, such as automatic slide generation inside PowerPoint or a hosted Agent service.
- Buying a developer tool without meeting the environment listed on its product page.
- Requests sent more than 7 days after purchase, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
EU, EEA, and UK buyers
Whop's Buyer Terms describe a 14-day withdrawal right for EU, EEA, and UK consumers. For digital content, that right ends after delivery starts only where you expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged at checkout that you would lose the right, and the required confirmation was provided. Email a985783827@gmail.com with the checkout email and a screenshot of the error. You can also open a case from your Whop order. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method via Whop.
