What you are purchasing
Each listing describes a separate digital product. Your permitted uses and license term are set out in the license delivered with that product. A one-time price does not by itself grant ownership of Whop’s platform or of George O'Nair’s trademarks.
Checkout
Payments, tax collection, receipts, and file delivery are handled by Whop. Card details never touch this website. Whop’s Buyer Terms govern the payment layer. These terms govern the product license.
Permitted uses
- Use each product in accordance with its included license and product page.
- For presentation templates, modify, rebrand, recolor, and export slides to PDF or print for your work and client presentations.
- For developer tools, run the included scripts locally on repositories you are authorized to inspect.
Restricted uses
- Do not resell, redistribute, or sublicense the raw delivered files as a standalone product unless the included license explicitly permits it.
- Do not bundle raw product files into commercial subscriptions, courses, or marketplace listings without permission.
- Do not claim original authorship of unedited product files.
Refunds
Refunds follow the Refund Policy: a 7-day technical refund if files fail to open or are missing promised parts — not a change-of-mind guarantee.
Warranty
Files are provided as-is. Use the supported software and environment stated on each product page and in its included instructions; unsupported environments may behave differently.
Liability
Total liability under these terms is capped at the amount paid for that specific product.
